Retail Services is a exciting new addition to the BAC Group of Companies, the division was officially formed in January of 2011 when a gap in the existing services was identified by Broughton Amiss.

Initially it was to only be a Stock Counting Service offered to our existing clients at OR Tambo International so that the Client’s physical stock holding in the duty free trading environment could be compared to the theoretical quantities appearing on the SARS Integrated Bond Store System. This need for accurate stock counts and figures is critical when trading in a duty free environment as any discrepancies can and will attract heavy penalties and duties from SARS.

It soon became apparent that there was a bigger market to be explored and very quickly other services were added to the basket on offer, these include CCTV Camera installation and monitoring, Door and ceiling mounted foot counters, Store Inspections and Surveys, Supply and installation of IT and POS systems, Tender Preparations and submission as well as Store layouts and Risk evaluation.

Retail Services is structured in such a manner that the phrase “Sorry we don’t do that” does not exist. You have a need and BAC Retail Services will source the solution for you.
